Godfrey Mushandu is the Chief Executive Officer at Care Quality Support and Ultra Healthcare Solutions. He has extensive experience in the Health and Social Care Sector. Has over 20 years’ experience within the sector. Has experience in Setting up and supporting CQC and Ofsted registration of Health and Social Care Services. Specialist area in Compliance and Quality Assurance, Auditing, Tender Writing, Healthcare Clients Acquisition, and Executive Coaching.

Dr. Chireka is renowned for his work transforming health and social care teams through compassionate leadership, culture change, and values-based management. He holds a Master’s in Leadership in Healthcare, a Founding Fellowship from the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and is a certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and Lifestyle Medicine Physician. As a GP Trainer and mentor to leaders across the UK and beyond, Dr. Chireka helps organisations build highperforming teams that reduce complaints, retain staff, and deliver outstanding, CQCcompliant care.

Director for 24/7 Support UK Limited, 24/7 Children Services , 24/7 Property Holdings, Blu Marble Holdings T/A Blu Marble Holiday homes and Resort, Blue Marble Projects & Blue Marble Real Estate. Nyasha has extensive experience in Social Care with over 15 years both Residential and Supported Accommodation vulnerable children and young people with EBD and LD complex needs behaviours. BA Hon Social Work Qualified experienced Social Worker registered with Social Work England worked both children and adults services.

My name is Dr Mathew Undenge, Director at Eaglemat Insurance Brokers Ltd. I am a Chartered Insurance Broker with over 15 years experience in the UK Insurance sector and have had the privilege of working for the second largest insurance & risk management firm globally – Aon Risk Solutions. I have also worked in other industries such as Banking (Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe), Construction (London 2012 Olympics), Healthcare (various companies) and Higher Education (Lecturer at University of East London).

Samuel Chinya is an enthusiastic qualified accountant with extensive experience of working with companies across different sectors including the Health and Social care sector. He is passionate about finding innovative solutions that make a positive impact in streamline your accounting processes, improving your financial performance, and complying with industry regulations. As a practice manager at Blue Hectare, he is always available for a casual conversation about you and your business.

Kennedy Mwedziwendira, An entrepreneur and business management consultant with particular focus in strategy and business development. He is also director and founder of EngagePro Global Limited, an organisation involved with business consulting, corporate events and product marketing services in the diaspora; founder and chairman of ZimUK Business Chamber, an organisation that brings people in business together.

Muchada Bvunzawabaya is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience leading successful SMEs. As CEO of Rock Housing and Support Services Ltd, he supports vulnerable children and young people. A skilled mentor, Muchada helps those starting or scaling their businesses, offering expertise in planning, finance, recruitment, and local authority navigation. As a speaker, he shares practical insights drawn from years of hands-on leadership in the health and social care sector.

Thomas Musau is an authority in Vocational training. He started as a high school teacher in early 2000s then advanced to become a lecturer in a UK University College before setting up his own college in East London over 15 years ago. He is now based in Durham, North East of England.
He runs his consultancy firm in helping people set up private training and recruitment businesses alongside his training & recruitment business. Many people he has interacted with in his line of work refer to him as The Guru of Gurus.
