We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Care Worker / Support Worker to join our growing team. You will be supporting adults and/or young people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred care and tailored support
• Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions
• Assist with personal care where required
• Promote independence and daily living skills
• Support with medication (following training and company procedures)
• Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records
• Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
Requirements
✔ Previous experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and/or mental health
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Access to your own vehicle (essential)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Compassionate, patient, and reliable
✔ Right to work in the UK
Desirable
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
• Experience in supported living or domiciliary care
• Understanding of positive behavior support
