Specialist area in Compliance and Quality Assurance, Auditing, Tender Writing, Healthcare Clients Acquisition, and Executive Coaching.

Nyasha has extensive experience in Social Care with over 15 years both Residential and Supported Accommodation vulnerable children and young people with EBD and LD complex needs behaviours. Driven by her experiences and institutional challenges, she established her own business in 2020. With a background in acute care, medical settings, nursing homes, and district nursing, she brings extensive expertise to her work. Today, she proudly runs her company with the support of her two daughters, who are also her business partners.

Chen is a Nurse Consultant and has extensive experience in Mental Health with a special interest in Forensic Mental Health. Chen is a mentor and recipient of numerous awards in nursing including the prestigious Chief Nursing Officer Silver award in the UK. Chen is also a board member of Iyana Wellness Trust. She holds a Diploma in Mental Health Nursing and MSc Advanced Practice in Forensic Mental Health and PHD Candidate in Special Interest in Trauma informed care.
